Sirloin Roast Braised in Memphis Habanero Sauce

This recipe is a no-brainer. Slowly braise our high-quality beef roast in locally made barbecue sauce. Shred the meat and use it pasta, quesadillas and more!

Ingredients
- sirloin roast
Directions
Vegetable oil
1 (3-pound) Barham Family Farm Sirloin Roast
Mango Habanero Barbecue Sauce or Kansas City Style BBQ Style
1 (16-ounce) package egg noodles, prepare according to package directions
A drizzle of KC Canning Company Everything Chile Crunch
Grated Parmesan Cheese, to garnish
Chopped parsley, to garnish
Heat oil in a deep saute pan. Sear the roast on all sides. Place the roast into a slow cooker. Pour barbecue sauce over the meat and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Shred meat and serve with noodles garnished with chile crunch.
