Pulled Pork Tacos
Part of the Crockpot Bundle, includes a whole chicken, beef roast and pork roast.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 Barham Family Farm Pork Roast

1 bottle pale ale beer

1 (10-ounce) can Ro-Tel

1 tablespoon Barham Family Farm Taco Seasoning

Beautiful Day Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce

Flour or corn tortillas, warmed in a skillet

Cooked beans

Garnishes: Avocado, radish, sour cream

In a skillet over medium high heat, heat oil and sear all sides of the pork butt. In the slow cooker, place slow cooker fat side up. Add beer, Ro-TEl and taco seasoning and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours. Remove the pork butt from the cooking liquid and shred the meat with two forks. Mix the meat with barbecue sauce. Assemble tacos.
