- (1 package) Beef & Bacon Brats
1 package Barham Family Farm Beef and Bacon Brats
1 pound black beans, cooked from scratch or canned beans drained, rinsed and warmed through
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced green chiles
Cook brats on the grill or on an ovenproof grill pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow brats to cool and slice into 1-inch slices.
In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, warm beans. Add tomatoes with their juice and canned chiles to the beans. Add brat slices and stir mixture occasionally to warm throughout. Serve with chopped cilantro.
