Dr. Mom's Breakfast Sandwich with Barham Family Farm Free-Range Eggs

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.


Warm a ciabatta bread in the oven for 10 minutes then slice in half.


Add a thick slice of ham fried in plenty of butter until browned.


Top with sliced Havarti cheese and melt for 1-2 minutes before the ham is done.


Place the ham and melted cheese onto the ciabatta roll.


Use the same pan with some added butter to fry an egg and place it on top of the ham and cheese. I like my egg over easy. I fry it until the underside of the yolk has just started to solidify then I flip it and let it cook for only a moment. Just enough to cook the white.
