This ham steak is a delicious option for a weeknight dinner that feels like something special you'd reserve to serve on Sunday. The ham steaks are fully cooked and ready to eat. Just warm them and serve with this simple glaze featuring our NEW Barham Family Farm Peach Butter.

1 (11/2 to 2 pound) fully cooked Barham Family Farm Maple Sugar-Cured Ham Steak
2 tablespoons butter
2-3 tablespoons Barham Family Farm Peach Butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Place ham steak in a cast-iron skillet on medium heat. Allow the ham steak to brown for 10-12 minutes on one side then flip to the other side for 10-12 minutes. The ham steak is fully cooked so it only needs to take on appealing color. Remove the ham from the skillet.
Add butter to rendered fat in the pan and melt completely. Add peach butter and brown sugar and stir until the mixture forms a glaze that coats the back of a spoon.
Drizzle ham steak with glaze and serve.
