Fresh spring greens mix
Fresh radishes
Olive oil
Splash of red wine or balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Cook the duck eggs to your desired style and temperature. Serve with greens, radishes for bite a drizzle of olive oil, a splash of vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
