1 (1 1/2 to 2-pound) Barham Family Farm Beef Frenched Rib Steak
Favorite beef seasoning blend, Barham Family Farm options available at The Store
Preheat grill to 400 degrees. Allow meat to come to room temperature. Season steak with salt and your favorite seasoning. Drizzle steak with olive oil and rub seasonings into steak. Cover bone with aluminum foil.
Using tongs, place steak on the grill for 3-4 minutes. Flip the steak and continue grilling 3-4 minutes to sear. Turn temperature down to medium-low and continue grilling until a meat thermometer registers to your preferred doneness.
