Barham Family Farm Chicken, Potato and Green Bean Sheet Pan Dinner
Sheet pan dinners are a quick and easy way to quickly prep meat and vegetable for dinner. The leftovers can be used for salads, burritos or adding to eggs for a hearty breakfast.

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

1 1/2 pound Dutch Yellow mini potatoes, halved or quartered, depending on size

1 pound chicken breast, cut in uniform pieces 1-by1-inch thick

3/4 cup bottled Italian or Caesar salad dressing, divided use

Salt and pepper

Additional spices


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Spray a 9-13-inch sheet pan with cooking spray or cover with foil.

Place green beans in a mixing bowl and combine with 1/4 cup salad dressing. Spread beans on 1/3 of the pan.

Place potatoes in the mixing bowl and combine with another quarter cup salad dressing. Spread on 1/3 of the pan,

Place chicken breast pieces in the bowl and combine with 1/4 cup salad dressing.

Season all with salt and pepper, your favorite spice rub or additional spices as desired.

Bake 20-30 minutes, making sure chicken does not overcook.
