Barham Family Farm Breakfast Meatballs
This recipe was inspired by the blog Fed + Fit. We added instant oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs to hold the meatballs together and your house will smell like French toast!

Makes 16 meatballs

1 pound Barham Family Farm Ground Turkey

1/2 large sweet potato, shredded

1/3 cup fresh blueberries

1 packet instant oatmeal (we like Maple & Brown Sugar or Cinnamon & Spice)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a baking mat on a metal baking sheet.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and use your hands to mix and roll 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Space meatballs evenly on the baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake meatballs 25-30 minutes.
