2 Barham Family Farm Smoked Pork Chops
1 jar Beautiful Day Farm peach jam
1/2 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pat pork chops with paper towel and place on a baking pan. In a small mixing bowl, combine peach jam and rosemary. Spoon peach jam mixture over the top of pork chops and cook pork chop until the peach jam caramelizes to create a glaze. Remove pork chops from oven, serve and enjoy!
