Ingredients
- (1 slab) Pork Ribs
- 1 Dozen Free-Range Eggs
Directions
1 slab Barham Family Farm pork ribs
1/2 bottle Beautiful Day Farms Chili Seasoning (available at The Store)
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
1/2 cup cooked jasmine or basmati rice per person
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 Barham Family Farm egg per person, hard cooked
Barham Family Farm Habanero Pickles, sliced (available at The Store or through Doorstep Delivery)
Pat the ribs with a paper towel and place on a baking sheet. Rub ribs on both sides with a liberal amount of seasoning mix. Place the ribs in a slow cooker. Pour a bottle of barbecue sauce over the top of the meat and cook on low for at least 8 hours, or until the meat is falling off the bone.
Discard any fat that has risen to the top and remove bones. Chop meat, if desired.
Fill a bowl with rice. Top with barbecue rib meat. Garnish with carrots, green onion, hard cooked egg and pickle slices.
