Fry bacon in a pan to desired doneness. Drain bacon strips on paper towel. Toast bread (we like Farm to Market Chile Bread). Toast slices of bread. Spread a slice of bread with BFF Queso Blanco. Layer bread with a layer of spinach, a layer of sliced ripe tomatoes and top with strips of bacon. Top with another slice of bread and enjoy!
